Week of the Young Child
Students in PDO-2nd grade will celebrate Week of the Young Child on May 5th-9th During this week, we celebrate the blessing of young children, especially all of the young children here at Zion! As part of the celebration, there will be optional dress-up days this week. These days are listed below:
Monday: Sports Shirt Day-wear a sports shirt of their favorite team
Tuesday: Favorite Color Day
Wednesday: Spirit Day - Wear red or white or Zion wear
Thursday: Stripes Day
Friday: Mismatched Day
LAST DAY OF LIBRARY – FRIDAY, MAY 9
Be prepared to turn in library books by Friday, May 9. All books must be turned in by this date so librarians can complete inventory before the year’s end. No books will be checked out the week of May 5 – 9.
Jackson Pollock Day
This fun Art afternoon is scheduled for Wednesday, May 21st. More information will be sent out later.
No Fun Fair This Year
Due to construction and timing issues with some volunteers, the Fun Fair will not be held this year.
Last Day of School!!
